Return Policy

All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package. NB. In the case of returns or exchange of goods, the shipping cost is held by the customer.
