You are always entitled to a refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. 

All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package. NB. In the case of returns of goods, the shipping cost is held by the customer.
