Returns
Return Policy
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with hangtags attached and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges online for orders. Instead, we recommend placing a new order on our website. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will of course replace it with the correct item in perfect condition.
You can expect to receive your refund within 1–4 business days after the return has been received at our warehouse.
Would you like to return an item?
1. Contact Customer Service at customercare@lesdeux.com with your order number and the styles you would like to return. They will then create a return label for you.
2. Pack the items in their original packaging.
3. Use the return label you received from customer service.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point. Please bring a printed copy of your invoice, as some locations may require it.
5. Keep the drop-off receipt as proof of return.
If you use a different return label than the one we provide, return shipping won’t be covered by our return fee. If you’re missing a label, please let us know, and we’ll send you over a new one.
Please be aware that by returning yourself, you are accountable for all customs and fees.

Yes, it is possible to return multiple orders together. Just remember to include a note in the package where both order numbers are clearly stated.
